        Cool Reception promo video

TV and Radio presenter Grant Stott

Most function bands and entertainers with a presense on the internet will have audio demos available for you to listen to. What they sometimes conveniently forget to mention is that many of them have spent hours in recording studios producing a polished demo that when completed sounds very impressive, but can bear very little resemblence to the actual sound produced during a live performance. We personally don't believe in this practice so all the clips you will hear from Cool Reception were recorded live at various venues and functions and what you will hear is exactly what the audience heard on the night.
Cool Reception are proud to hold a 100% record so far of playing every function we are booked for. To accomplish this we're very fortunate to have two terrific singers at our disposal just incase one is ill or can't make it, along with other excellent regular depute musicians if needed.
Cool Reception Wendy               Cool Reception Sharon
Cool Reception are more than happy for any prospective clients to come along and listen to the band live, in fact we encourage it! Unfortunately due to certain circumstances not everybody can manage to do this so we have provided a few short MP3 audio clips of the band performing live with both Wendy and Sharon singing demonstrating the wide range of music we can cover along with some live video footage.
